Terms and conditions of the John Lynch Afrikan Education Programme Raffle 18th March 2007
The above raffle will be drawn at the premier screening of "Maafa:Truth 2007" to be held at the Rose Green Centre, Whitehall, Bristol, BS5 on Sunday 18th March 2007 between 10am-5pm

Terms and conditions - this is a meal for two persons consisting of a main course and a desert. There will be no cash equivalent offered or given for this prize.

Winners will contacted by telephone and /or email on the day of the draw if they are not present with winning ticket.

Claims, if not made on the day of the draw on the production of a winning ticket, must be made in writing to JLAEP, 114 Whitehall Road, Whitehall, Bristol. BS5 9BH. Please telephone 07747 462 404 prior to sending and for any enquires. You are advised to send winning tickets by using "Recorded Signed For" postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received/lost in transit.
All prizes must be claimed from the John Lynch Afrikan Education Programme within 28 days of the draw i.e. on or before 15th April 2007. In the event of there being any unclaimed prize(s) after 28 days of the first draw, ie after 15th April 2007, new ticket(s) will be drawn for an alternative prize winner.
All transactions must be completed on or before 18th march 2008 ie. travel must be started on or before this date, the meal for two must be booked and taken on or before this date and the £50 of clothing must be taken on or before this date".
The John Lynch Afrikan Education Programme is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the competition or prizes other than those costs and expenses specifically provided for in the prize (if any)
We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
